Return and refund policy

We hope that every customer can find their favorite furniture and decorations here and feel satisfied and happy after receiving the products. However, we also understand that sometimes the actual goods received may not be completely in line with expectations, or problems may occur due to transportation and other reasons. Therefore, we have formulated a clear, transparent and flexible return and refund policy, aiming to provide you with a more reassuring shopping guarantee.

I. Return Conditions

Return period: Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can apply for a return.

Product status: Returned products must be in brand new and unused condition, accompanied by complete original packaging, instructions, accessories and invoices.

Non-returnable items: Returns will not be accepted in the following situations for the time being:

Goods that have been installed, obviously used or damaged by human factors;

Customized and personalized processed furniture or decorations;

Promotional or discounted clearance items (unless there are quality issues).

Or call the customer service hotline at +1 (800) 555-2890 to submit a return application, and provide the order number, the reason for the return and relevant photos (if the product is defective or damaged).

Review and confirmation: Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 working days and provide you with the return address and detailed operation guide.

Return the goods: Please follow the instructions to safely package the goods and return them. It is recommended to choose a Courier service with tracking function to ensure a smooth return process.

Inspection and Refund: After receiving the goods, we will conduct a quality inspection. Once confirmed to be correct, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 working days.

Iii. Refund Method

Original refund: All refunds will be returned to the payment method you originally used, such as credit card, PayPal or other online payment accounts.

The arrival time of the refund: The arrival time of the refund through different payment channels may vary. Generally, it will arrive within 3 to 10 working days after the refund processing is completed.

Iv. Freight Description

Return due to product quality issues: If the goods have obvious quality defects, are wrongly dispatched or damaged during transportation, the return shipping cost will be fully borne by MusonMobilia.

Return due to personal reasons: If you request a return due to reasons such as size mismatch, inappropriate style, or changes in personal preferences, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

V. Exchange Service

In some cases, if you wish to exchange the goods rather than get a refund, you can also apply for an exchange. The exchange policy is the same as the return conditions, but it is necessary to contact the customer service team in advance to confirm whether there is stock available for replacement.

Vi. Special Notes

During the return transportation process, please properly package the goods to avoid affecting the refund due to secondary damage.

If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions, we may refuse to refund or only offer a partial refund.

MusonMobilia reserves the final right of interpretation of the return and refund policy and may adjust the relevant terms in a timely manner as needed for operation.
