Transportation and delivery policy
At MusonMobilia, we understand that every home product is not merely a commodity; it is an essential component in creating a comfortable living space for you. Therefore, we always approach every aspect of transportation and delivery with a serious and meticulous attitude, striving to ensure a smooth and reassuring shopping experience for you. To help you better understand our commitments and processes in transportation and delivery, we have specially formulated the following policies.
I. Processing and Shipping Time
Order Confirmation: After you successfully place your order and complete the payment, we will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Processing period: Most in-stock items will be picked and packed within 2 to 4 working days. If you purchase custom-made furniture or large items, the processing time may be extended to 7 to 15 working days. The specific time will be noted in the order confirmation.
Weekends and holidays: Please note that order processing and shipping do not include weekends and legal holidays. In case of peak holiday periods, the delivery may be delayed. We will notify you in advance.
Ii. Mode of Transportation
Standard shipping: Suitable for small and medium-sized items. Usually, reliable express services such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS are used. Delivery is expected within 5 to 7 working days.
Express delivery: For urgently needed items, you can choose an additional paid express delivery method (such as 2-day delivery or next-day delivery) to ensure prompt receipt.
Transportation of large furniture: For furniture that is large in volume or exceeds the weight limit, we will arrange professional logistics partners for delivery and provide "door-to-door" delivery services. In some areas, on-site installation services by appointment are also available.
Iii. Freight Description
Free shipping policy: When your order amount reaches the free shipping standard we have set (for example, over $200), we will provide you with free standard shipping service.
Fixed shipping fee: For orders that do not meet the free shipping standard, a fixed shipping fee will be charged based on the weight, volume of the goods and the delivery address.
Large item surcharge: Due to the need for special packaging and transportation of large furniture, additional shipping fees or home delivery service fees may be incurred. The specific cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
Iv. Delivery Time
Expected arrival: The delivery time of the goods depends on the mode of transportation and destination. Generally speaking, the delivery time for standard transportation within the United States is 5 to 10 working days.
International transportation: Currently, we also support international transportation to some countries and regions. The delivery time may take 10 to 20 working days, depending on the customs clearance speed.
Delay situation: Weather, traffic or other force majeure factors may cause delays. In the event of such a situation, we will notify you immediately and assist in following up on the logistics information.
V. Logistics Tracking
After your order is dispatched, we will send you a notification email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the delivery status in real time through the "Order Inquiry" function on the official website of the Courier company or the MusonMobilia website to ensure that you are always aware of the transportation progress of your goods.
Vi. Instructions for Receipt
Signature inspection: When receiving the goods, please be sure to carefully check whether the outer packaging is intact before signing for it. If you find any damaged or abnormal packaging, please inform the Courier on the spot and take photos as evidence.
Product damage: If you find any damage or defect in the product after opening the box, please contact fan@musonmobilia.com immediately
Contact us and attach photos. We will handle the exchange or refund for you as soon as possible.
Collection situation: If the goods are collected by someone else on your behalf, please ensure that the recipient can properly inspect the goods and keep the receipt to avoid affecting the subsequent after-sales service.
Vii. Special Notes
Address accuracy: Please be sure to fill in the complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order to avoid delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information.
Multiple orders: If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched in batches due to different warehouse locations. However, you will be able to obtain the logistics information of all packages simultaneously.
Force majeure factors: In the event of transportation delays caused by natural disasters, policy changes or public emergencies, we will do our best to assist, but will not bear any additional responsibility arising therefrom.
